Our Policies

Confidentially is our utmost concern. We will never reveal the sender's name, address, phone number or any details at all to the receiver unless the sender desires this information on the package.

We accept payments via money order, bank check, cashier's check, international money orders, e-checks, or credit cards. It usually takes 3-4 business days for deposited funds to clear.

If you want to pay with a personal check we will ship your item as soon as the check clears our bank. Should you want to order with a credit card you will be directed to our secure server. We do not accept credit cards over the phone. We can also send you an e-bill should you want to pay with a credit card.

International Orders

We will advise the conversion rate for international orders.

Your order will be shipped as promptly as your payment clears our bank. We ship USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail to locations within the United States. All orders will have shipping costs included. We will ship international orders Air Parcel Post and should arrive in 4 to 10 days depending upon your location.

If you want your order insured, we will calculate insurance costs and add it to your order.

We will not sell your email address, phone number or any information about you or your order to anyone. We will not send you unsolicited emails, phone calls, or snail mail advertisements.

All sales are final. A return address will not appear on any of our packaged products.

Before ordering please advise the correct, current address of the recipient, and advise if they have a junk yard guard dog or not.
